I saw great reviews and got good price quotes, so I decided to switch vets and so I called a day ahead to set up an appointment to bring in my older cat because he seemed to have a sinus infection and to get my puppy some shots. The two pets have different last names because I had one for 16 years and one was shared with my boyfriend, so we used his last name for her, which is what I told the vet when I made the appointment. I got there for my 11AM appointment the next day about 10 minutes early since they closed at 12PM. It took about 20 minutes to check in, but I didn't mind because it was our very first visit at that animal hospital and also the receptionist was very nice. She did mention that there was only one animal scheduled for that appointment and I told her about the different last names and she said, "oh, that must be it". I figured that it wasn't a big deal then.\r
