Review content:
The WORST cab company in the city of Akron ! They will make you wait for hours, and when you call to complain they cancel your cab !! The cabs are filthy and unsafe. More than half of them need repair work done on them. The owner does not care about anything other than making a buck. They don't have working seat belts in them and need brakes, shocks or struts. The upholstry is always torn and ripped. I actually was in one that had the passenger side mirror duct taped to the car. The dispatcher is not friendly, curteous, or professional. When you call to get a cab they act like you are inconvienceing them ! If you want quality, timeliness and professionalism call Falls Suburban! They are the best out there!!!
