On the day of my scheduled appointment at this facility, I called 30 minutes prior to the set time to inform the doctor that my fiance and I would be 15 minutes late (we just moved to Charlotte 3 days ago and had trouble finding the facility). I was told by the receptionist that this was fine because all patients were given a 15 minute grace period. My fiance and I arrived at the facility at the projected time, only to be told by the same receptionist (via the doctor) that services could not be administered. I asked the receptionist why she told me it was okay to come within the grace period if the appointment could not be honored. She apologized profusely, but could give no reasonable explanation whatsoever. There were no other patients in the office and the doctor never even gave us the courtesy of a face-to-face explanation regarding why we had been misinformed. Further, we were told that the doctor could not set another appointment for nearly 11 days because she would be out
