Review content:
My wife and I have done business with 1st choice self storage for three plus years. We had always paid one month in advance (paid thru the end of September at the end of July!!) in the interest of being exceptional customers. We also like to support our locally owned business owners like Kevin. However, Kevin outted himself today as some you should avoid trusting. Today I turned in my unit (end of august) and he refused to return the rent I had prepaid for the next month. He complained about a few packing peanuts that we on he floor and a few had escaped outside unit. We had rented from him for years, always paid way in advance, bought a mattress from him, and he wouldn't refund money that wasn't rightfully his. I told him "I see how you are.". He told me this was over. Welcome to the new economy, Kevin, where how you treat customers is a matter of public record.
