Our first experience with Roto-Rooter Charlotte was very satisfying. We made an appointment for between 12 PM and 4 PM on a Sunday afternoon. The customer service center called 30 minutes prior to the plumber showing up and he was at our house by 2:00. He was very courteous and professional and located the problem within 20 minutes.It was a clog in the PVC piping and after a brief discussion about our options, the technician had it all cleared and repaired very quickly. We are very satisfied and confident that the problem is resolved and they even offer a six month guarantee on the work that they did.
