Review content:
During the moving process, I had to repair a sink/garbage disposal and needed the hot water tank checked. We called Bobs, and after a long wait the rudest man came into my home. He talked to me like I was an idiot, then proceeded to TELL me what all was wrong - as he is ripping parts off my water tank. I asked him to stop, and leave my house. He continued to tell me how many hundreds of dollars I needed to be spending, and that perhaps he needed to speak to the man of the house. I then asked him to leave. He tried to charge me for the visit. He went outside to call his boss and write me an invoice. I called the dispatcher, and proceeded to tell her all about the visit. She sympathised with me, but couldn't not charge me. After much back and forth, he left without a bill. They will never be back to my house.
