if you want to have your company represented by these folks do not anticipate good phone relationships. Do anticipate your clients being hung up on, mechanical treatment, they respresent a feeling of cold & bitter hearts. They are unprofessional, pompous and rude to the point that they are embarrassed to give you their name then hang up on you. Not sure how/why this business can conduct in this manner. Go elsewhere for your phone needs.
