My cat was failing despite the attempts of 2 other small animal vet offices trying to determine the cause of her condition. I finally took her to Bay Hill because I figured a cat specialist may be familiar with this specific disorder. Boy, was I right... Dr. Morford had a good idea what it was in about 5 to 10 minutes and a simple x-ray confirmed it... an impacted colon which was dealt with efficiently and expertly. I left much-relieved with a kitty no longer in painful distress and in fear for her life and a plan of action to ensure that it not happen again. Dr. Morford herself called me at home in due time to make sure her patient was progressing well.\r

I am completely convinced that this is the place to bring my cats when they need informed, caring, and complete care. I never felt rushed while with the doctor, and didn't wait at all to see her.
