Drs. Kari and Jeanne are, in my opinion, doing an outstanding job of maintaining the excellence that Bay Hill Cat Hospital is known for. When a vet stays after hours on a FRIDAY night to take care of my furry little one, that speaks volumes to me. Dr. Kari has gone above and beyond in her care for my 'kids', and is available via phone or email when I have questions. The weekend that my little one had a rough time, she checked in with us every few hours. My OWN doctor doesn't even do that! I think very highly of Dr. Diane, as she was the first one to really get to the bottom of my little one's condition. I was unhappy when I found out she had left as well, but I have found Dr. Kari to be extremely involved in the well being of my love, and that's what matters most to me!
