Review content:
Unfortunately, I didn't feel like this difficult process was made easier with Lowe. I had several negative experiences throughout the planning process and service. First off, our director had an arrogant attitude whenever I contacted him in regards to funeral documents and flowers (as if it was a bother to him). Second, the visitation times were incorrectly communicated (I had 3 seperate peeple call to tell me they missed the visitation because of this). I noticed myself on the morning of the funeral that the communication did display 8pm-8pm for the visitation. And lastly, the day of the service, one of the men who helped direct traffic was extremely rude when asked where the family should park and what the process was. These may not seem like incidents of concern in most cases, however, when dealing with a death of a loved one, I assure you, it hits a different nerve. I hope that this review will somehow get back to the owners so that they can inform and correct their staff.
