It's unfortunate that rebuttal space is not provided when one maligns you & your company so I'll use the review space to respond to jm posted 5/30/09. This company is a corporation and I am the manager. Yes,JM purchased tires; yes, he accused my employees of scratching his wheels. The sale & service managers, the tire tech who changed the tires and I inspected JM's wheels and found no evidence of damage due to work done at Baity's. What JM neglected to state is that unless we repaired his wheels he would do an internet smear campaign against my company, that my 1 snide remark was when I agreed with him about a comment he made about himself, that he wadded up his receipt, threw it at me, then demanded I apologize to him. Most importantly, JM by his own admission demanded and received repairs to his wheels for perceived damage done by the previous business where he purchased his tires. Do we see a pattern here!?!
