Went to this site to rent a vehicle immediately after the Katrina Hurricane hit the Biloxi, Gulfcoast area. Was planning on renting the vehicle to take food, water and supplies to those in need.
The trip was cancelled, due to the danger of trying to enter the area, without sufficient security. After returning the vehicle within 24 hours, (with a full tank of gas that we bought and paid for), we were told that we would be reimbursed the total amount for the vehicle rental. (I have paperwork to back up all claims).
After they returned a portion of the funds, we ended up paying over $80.00 for less than 24 hours of service.
I will never rent another vehicle from this location, as we may never encourage rental from this company.
PROS:
CONS: Salesmen couldn't get together on what should be charged, etc.
