I sent this place an email requesting an appointment on Monday 11/1/10. As of today I still have not received a call, email or anything. This should have been my cue to stay away. However, I called them on 11/3/10 to setup an appointment. I arrive for my appointment and spoke with the receptionist who asked me for all my information. This did no good because I had to repeat over and over my SS#, phone#, insurance. I asked if my insurance was good to go and she said yes. Off to my cleaning and to setup for a crown to be done. First, was an x-ray, additional pictures, and then the number game. Then the demo of the water pix that she just added to my bill, didn?t ask me if I wanted one or if I had one. That was it, off to setup for an appointment and receive a bill for procedures in the future. I had two insurances, primary and a secondary. I was told that secondary insurance would not take care of the remaining bill, that the bill was already reduced. They said they would call me when
