I bought a Used Yaris from Ralph Hayes. To begin with I looked on the internet and got a preapproval prior to coming in. Well after I got it a salesman called me several times ( which was fine) and expected. It took me a bit over a week to finally come in. Well in the interm the initial salesman stopped calling and another guy called. I was going to go as I had my credit preapproved to speed up the process. Well when I got there a very nice salesman approached I told him I had been online and have an approval and we proceeded to find a car. Well in the midst of this the manager comes and sits us in an empty office and tells me that I have to use the original salesman ( the guy that called me 1x) To which I said he did no work on my account and I would rather stick with this guy. He said no and told me I had already been there 0.o (which I had not) So enter the NEW salesman. This guy was clueless and I asked one question about the car and he never even answered me.
