Upon my arrival, the receptionist was very friendly and got me in the same day, however the doctor was not nice at all. He came in with filthy fingernails and did not wash his hands before an eye exam. He did not listen when I told him that my dog had scratched her eye. He did not use a magnifying glass, only glanced at it for five seconds and said to put stuff in in 3 times a day. Extremely rude. He charged me $46 for less than two minutes of his time and barely looked at my dog. He acted like we were bothering him being there. \r \r After a couple of weeks, her eye was not healing and getting worse. A different veterinarian at a different location detected a severe cornea scratch that needed extensive treatment and eye surgery. I was told that the medicine that East Suburban gave me for my dog could have made her condition even worse since they misdiagnosed her. Three months later, the dog is almost fully recovered, but still needs another appointment for follow-up. I will never re
