I can't believe this Mary person thinks that I would be upset solely over an unreturned phone call. That assumption is just ridiculous. Again, read the facts about this on the South Carolina Department of Labor Licensing & Regulation website. I'm not the only one with complaints against this practice. My issue is with the lack of care, respect and dignity given to my animal because of the irresponsible individual to whom I entrusted his care.
