Visited this shop as an out-of-town guest. Was disgusted - bought some yarn that needed wound into a ball and was told they don't do that. Never knew a yarn store that didn't wind skeins into balls! I have been a fiber artist for 30 years - was getting on a plane and wanted to begin my new project. Well, I couldn't begin the project. I was the ONLY customer in the store, so time was not a factor.\r
I have worked at yarn stores and we NEVER let a customer out the door without winding their yarn. Shame on you!
