I was quite frustrated with Lender's Title Company, who told me upfront that my closing would take 1 week.
The secretary lost my file and all my title work and when I went to my closing on my home, they told me that they could not close my house as scheduled.
They were going to have to redo their paperwork and somehow, my file was left on someone's desk and it never got finished.
Anyway, I had to reschedule the movers and it cost me about $1000 dollars to fix all their mistakes.
I had to cancel appointments and remodeling contractors, the whole closing was a nightmare!
Sorry, I don't recommend Lender's Title Company.
