I recently needed my windshield replaced and my dealership referred me to Jack Morris. I ended up calling around and going with a company that gave me a slightly lower quote. The job ended up looking a little sketchy and I immediately went to Jack Morris for help. They looked over the concerns I had and answered all of my questions. Fortunately what worried me was cosmetic rather than essential to structural integrity, and rather than taking me for a ride (at this point I was ready to pay a couple hundred dollars for a re-installation) they were forthcoming and honest about what needed to be done. Everyone there was exquisitely professional and it was apparent that the service they provided to their customers was high quality. I was especially impressed by the pride the serviceman I spoke with took in his job and company. Hopefully I won?t need a new windshield again soon, but without a doubt if I do I will use Jack Morris.
