After calling the Lacey WA store and speaking with George about tires and struts for my car George gave me a price, assured me everything was available in the store and to arrive no later than 11:00 to have the service completed that day. I told him I would be there within the hour.\r

After arranging a ride home, someone to pick up my child from school and a ride to Les Schwab to pick up my car later that day I arrived at the Lacey store less than an hour later well before 11:00 and asked for George who was in a meeting and not available. I explained to the women at the counter that I had made arrangement to drop my car off for struts and tires. She informed me that they did not have the tires for my car and I should try another store. An hour later I called to talk with George but he was still busy in a meeting. I asked that he return my call. Three hours later I called again and was told that he just left the store. \r
