We were there one evening last week our order was not right when we call to let the person in charge and ask him abot the chocolate ice cream not working it hasn't for the last 3 weeks we've been there. The person in charge sent has 2 Braum's gift card with a not post-it note stuck on it saying that they hope this place can serve you better sign Scott Graber. So I guess my question is does this mean you don't want our buissness anymore. I work the public juist because I have a customer complaint does not not mean I'm going to send them someplace else if you don't want my buissness I can go somewere else,\r
