Formally Yours did not make getting my dress a very happy event.\r
Basically they were not helpful and left it up to me to try on my wedding gown on my own. I did not have any assistance at all. I finally asked for help getting my dress zipped up and was very rudely zipped and then left on my own again. I asked about shoes and was not helped at all but was told to come back another time. After spending a large amount of money on a dress a bag to take it home in was not provided. That was an additional cost.\r
I left feeling like we have my money so now we will not help you.\r
I went to Affordable Bridal in Buford, GA and David's Bridal in Athens, Ga and found what I needed. The assistance was remarkably better. Both stores were friendly and very kind and helpful. I would not recommend Formally Yours to anyone. It left me with very disappointing memories and the feeling that I definitely wasn't worth being waited on once I paid for my dress.
