I NEVER board my 3 Golden Retrievers, but needed to as we were having a large gathering at my house. Reserved two adjoining suites that would allow all 3 dogs to mingle with each other thru a door that connected the two suites. When I got there, I was told that was not available, but they did have two adjoining suites, but with no door! So great, 1 dog gets to see the other 2 dogs, but can't be with them. Nice!! It doesn't seem that hard to hold a reservation for what it was supposed to be, but apparently, here it is! I had specifically asked for such a setup when I toured the facility, and was told that it would not be a problem, as I booked months in advance! Needless to say, I left my dogs, but was at the door at 6:30 a.m. to pick them up. Will never use this place again, nor would I recommend it to anybody that actually cares about their pets
