If something can go wrong, it will go wrong at Aspen Dental in Leominster. I experienced continual mistakes in appointments, billing errors that take months to resolve, questionable business and dental practices, inconsistent and often minimally competent dental professionals, poor quality customer care. \r

If they recommend a major procedure, or tell you that you need a lot of work done, or that something will cost a lot of money, GET A SECOND OPINION - for your own sake and peace of mind. \r

I strongly recommend against using them, but if you do decide to have work done there, take care to protect yourself: put everything that you say and that they say (everything!) in writing, be careful what you sign, allow a lot of time for appointments, and try not to take their rudeness personally
