IMPERIAL GARDENS APARTMENTS @ 2100 NURSERY ROAD , CLEARWATER FLORIDA 33764 ARE INFESTED WITH ANTS & ROACHES. YOU MOSTLY WILL COME ACROSS THESE IN YOUR APARTMENT AFTER IT GETS DARK. THE OFFICE WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT, NOR WILL THEY TAKE THE TIME TO SPEND ANY KIND OF MONEY ON PEST CONTROL OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING TO PREVENT THIS. THE STRUCTURE INSIDE THE APARTMENTS ARE WAY BELOW ACCEPTABLE FOR COMFOTABLE LIVING. IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY. ALSO, THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN WITH NO INSULATION, SO YOU HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS. PARKING BECOMES A PROBLEM. THEY DO HAVE VISITOR SPOTS, BUT ONLY A FEW. THERE IS ONLY ONE PARKING SPACE PER APARTMENT, EVEN THE 2 BEDROOMS. THE STAFF AT THE OFFICE DON'T CARE OF THE TENANT CONCERNS. IN FACT EVERY TENANT THAT GOES THERE WITH CONCERNS, THEY ALWAY SAY, WE'VE HEARD NOTHING LIKE THIS FROM ANYONE ELSE, TRYING TO MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR THE ONLY TENANT WITH ANY KIND OF PROBLEMS WITHIN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX.
