I work for a petstore in sugarland and we take some of our animals here. Sugarland pet hospital is always so sweet and patient. All the staff is nice and has never benn rude to me anytime I have been there to drop of animals. As for the lady with the puppy toy poodle,you need to understand that grooming a dog (a puppy at that) is EXTREMELY difficult and the trash and move around so much that ur almnost scared to even put the clippers near. There will be accidents of course! I would love to see someone groom a scared and moving pups without error. Proffesional groomers are trained to groom as best as they can,not perform miracles
