I can tell you we had gone here for 10 years with our dog.. the vets were always good, we spent thousands.. meds, surgeries, dental, bones etc.. we started to buy zubrin from drs foster smith online because it was a third of the cost.. Mt Tabor initially faxed the scrip in for us.. but when we needed a refill they decided to change the policy.. i called on a saturday, Dr. Teuschler said no problem they know me they would fax it in.. called back two days later and said they changed the policy.. Wendi was hateful and nasty.. saying i needed to buy my meds from them ..period.. I asked for the vet to call me back...surely she would remember promising to fax it in? ..nothing... i couldn't believe they would go back on their word like that.. Wendi was hateful and horrible.. I was so shocked.. after going there with my dog for 10 years, spending thousands.. for them to just turn like that.. Its very sad.. They have some great folks there.. but it only takes a couple bad apples to ruin the bun
