Numerous times we have had our vehicle inspected and serviced by this company and the last few times they have worked on our vehicle they have grossly overcharged us on our repair bill.
They also find " other things" they say need repair and they go ahead and repair them without the permission of the owner of the vehicle.
I took my vehicle in for inspection and for the three plus hundred dollars they wanted to charge me to " fix" problems before they passed the inspection I asked to see what was needed then went to a local Auto Parts Store and bought the simple parts, repairing them myself, returning the vehicle to Goodyear the next day pointing out to them that everything they told me I needed I repaired myself.
In other words they got caught overcharging 300.00 plus for 78.00 dollars worth of parts that took me 10 minutes to fix myself.
I haven't been back to this place since and I wouldn't recommend it to elderly or to women who need repairs.
