We had Roto-Rooter remove a couple nasty hair clogs from the bath tub and bathroom sink of the house we purchased in May. My husband had tried to snake it himself, but this job required a professional. Rick was just that- honest, professional and fast. And while the Roto-Rooter service comes at a premium price, we know that we will always get a fair quote before the job and won't have to worry about hidden fees. We will definitely call Rick should we ever need his help again.
