Review content:
After bringing in the computer and hooking it up, it was determined that the video card in my computer had failed (just shy of 3 years in use)--I told them to go ahead and replace it with a comparable one which they agreed to do after showing me a comparable card and quoting me a price. They told me due to workload I should plan on it probably being ready in 3 days. A day or two later I received a call from them stating that if I wanted to save some money there was a video source on the motherboard of my computer that had been "capped off" but could be used instead of having to purchase a new video card--I was astounded at their total honesty in letting me know about that availability--most places always take the easy way and let the customer pay the higher price. Right then, I knew I had found a GREAT computer repair shop that really values their customers. I decided to go ahead anyway with a new video card replacement (their price was extremely reasonable) which they did. I received
