Review content:
VCA is a business. They encourage every expense available, even when it is unnecessary. I called about treating my dog's cherry eye and they said they need to run tests to decide on treatment. And they charge reprehensible amounts for each service. One time my dog got excited and peed on the floor, I wiped it up and even used their spray to sanitize, when I got my bill they charged me a $5 "biohazard" fee. And while the staff welcomes all breeds, they have limited breed specific knowledge, I specifically asked how much expirience they had with my dog's breed, they reassured me they do, guess what they don't. The man tried to tell me that gas isn't usual for Bulldogs. Dr. Tayman, I am very certain truly loves animals, however he repeatedly disregarded my warnings about food allergies and gave my dog treat after treat, at the cost of my new carpet. Overall, they are expensive and not willing to accept simple solutions to common issues.
