I have taken my dogs to Dr. Stevens office for years. I always received the best service from him and his staff.....until recently. Dr. Stevens needs to take a good look at where he was and where he is now. He has come a long way because of his compassionate spirit and good business practices. However, compassion starts at the front desk. His head office assistant obviously has got her head stuck up her butt and a good kick out the door would allow him to flourish even further. She is rude, has no tact and I also cringe at the thought of calling his office for an appointment hoping i don't have to communicate with her. That's sad. The rest of the office staff are wonderful following in Dr. Stevens path........so Dr. Stevens get rid of the tumor in your office and allow everyone including your staff to get a breath of fresh air.\r
