They are the worst company I have ever done business with, and I regret referring anyone to them! We built a Swim-Mor pool five years ago, and every time I have tried to contact them for service, they have given me the run around. Today, after calling 6 times, the service manager, Christopher, who is also the owners son, started screaming at me, cancelled my request for service, and hung up on me! Last year, 2 of our neighbors built Swim-mor pools based on our referral. They are unprofessional and completely hands-off once the new pool construction contract is signed. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
