Review content:
I asked my girlfriend to bring my dog to heron creek animal hospital to get him tested for heart worms & get a script for the medication. After finding out that we were not going to purchase the medication from them, they ruthlessly interrogating her about MY dogs previous shots, wormer, rabies certs, etc. The vet tried to hand her a bill for close to $300! She explained to them that we only brought the dog in for the test/script and she would bring up their recommendations with me later. This of course didn't sit well with them and they lost a up sell. To make matters worse, the employees gave her an attitude after they realized she wasn't going to spend any more money!\r
\r
No one wants to be subjected to up selling, but it is the normal routine with some businesses. It turns uncomfortable when a simple NO THANK YOU from the customer doesn't put a halt to the harassment to purchase more products/services.\r

LOST SALE / LOST CUSTOMER / BAD PRESS !
