Heartless Vet! This Vet should never be even admitted to Vet school!! "Dr. NISHA SANATHARA"\r

I took in a 10 day old kitten who was on the verge of dying because of infected wounds on the leg. The Vet came out to the reception desk and told me I don't have an appointment, so she will have to charge me an emergency fee of $70. This is more expensive than the 24hr emergency clinic who charges $65 at 3 am in the morning. I asked for a discount as this is a stray kitten I found in the backyard, and of course, she refused. Her reason is she has to postpone her surgery for 15 mins and the Vet techs cannot prepare for the next patient and will have to wait for 15 MINS! Seriously, what harm is it gonna cause to postpone the surgery for 15 MINS?? Calling the client saying that their pet will be 15 mins late to pickup??!! \r
