I brought my cat in last week for a small wound. I had been to ACCES before (the service has always been great, the staff is friendly) and usually waited in the lobby to be put in the room. However this time I was pleasantly surprised when as soon as I walked up to the counter they called for a triage tech. One of the staff came up right away and we went into a close room. I knew my cat was stable, but they still checked his vitals and I was happy to see a face right away. My visit was a little long (i think because they had a lot going on in the back area) but the lobby is comfortable, there is a children's area and DVD player, as well as vending machines. I was put into a room and the tech took my kitty away to clean the wound, and he was back very quickly. The discharge was fast, I was given a collar for him to wear and some amoxicillin for the wound. I would recommend them for sure, they are a very special group of people. For tips, I would say to remember that this is an emergency
