Review content:
I recently had my car worked on at Otto Kihm. Though I have previously had no problems with them, this time it was different. I took my car in to get my brakes worked on and a window fixed. When I got the car back, some $800 later, my brakes were in exactly the same condition, there was a loud banging noise in my door from the window repair, and the window leaked. After dropping it off a second time, they seemed to have made the appropriate repairs. However, I had two new problems pop up. 1. the car has trouble starting and 2. the exhaust is making noise. I would assume neither had anything to with the first repairs. However, I had my exhaust completely replaced by Otto Kihm within the last 8 months. Is this normal to replace an exhaust more than once in a year? I would advise to NOT take your vehicle to Otto Kihm. I just took my car into another shop because the brakes were not fixed, and it turns out they forgot to tighten some bolts down. I took the car in there TWICE,
