Review content:
I have been a tenant for almost 10 years. During that time I have on several occasions had to call in a maintenance issue. I have found that the office personnel were courteous and helpful. The maintenance technician was prompt and professional. I believe the reason I have had a good relationship with Turman Realty is I know what is expected of me as a tenant and what to expect from the company. This is all explained in the rental contract that I signed. Everything was explained to me by Ms Frankie Turman at the time I signed it. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. The advice I would give is this, "You get what you pay for, you can't expect a $1,000.00 home when you are only paying about half as much in rent. Stick to what the contract says, you are a renter not an owner."
