Beverly Oaks has employed numerous receptionists throughout the years, and I have had negative experiences with all of the ones that I have encountered. The last receptionist with whom I had the displeasure of dealing was rude, incompetent, and completely uneducated.\r \r My sister also had a run-in with one of the receptionists a few months ago. She brought her dog to them for a routine exam, and the vet tech decided to weigh the dog when my sister arrived. Then, after waiting for an hour to be seen, my sister decided that she was unwilling to wait any longer. She should have just waked out, but she was polite enough to inform the receptionist that she was leaving. The receptonist then presented her with a $50.00 bill. My sister was stunned. She couldn't understand why she should pay FIFTY DOLLARS for her dog to have been WEIGHED! She told the receptionist that she refused to pay the bill, and the receptionist threatened to CALL THE COPS!!!! My sister reluctantly paid the bill after she
