Review content:
We found their vets were competent. However, their staff is incredibly incompetent. We must have been promised call-backs over a dozen times, ALL of which were never returned. Every time we call, we are stuck on hold for 20-30 minutes with numerous interuptions from the staff thinking it was a brand new call, and numerous times we had to give our information again and again and again to staffers since they had forgotten our call or passed us off to some other clueless staffer to be put on hold yet again.
