Lived here for three months; my office moved so we paid the penalty to cut down on my drive to work. We cleaned extremely well and moved out on the 2nd of the month. The entire deposit was taken citing cleaning, painting and carpet cleaning. On top of that, we were told our apartments were to be individually metered which changed a month into living there; no notice of the change just a threatening note on our door saying that we were being charged a late fee for past due utilities. Turns out that they changed the billing with PSE without notifying anyone and when we went into the office they told us the utilities were to be paid to them and were due by the 5th. Goes without saying that we had no way of knowing and also should be mentioned that we had to get a refund from PSE for the utilities we had already paid online.
