Our regular clinic could not see our sick pup immediately, so recommended this place. MISTAKE. First sign of things to come was upon opening the door, we were hit by an almost overwhelming smell of urine and feces. Unacceptable. Was charged $64 for the Unfriendly, extremely cold vet to come in, spend 5 minutes telling me what I already had assumed, and how they weren't able to do anything except possibly give fluids unless I had cash in hand. Was made to feel AWFUL, like a poverty case (which they were unwilling to take) . I went home, called my regular vet (after WASTING MY TIME, GAS AND being wrung thorough the emotional wringer with these people-and then having to pay for the privilege), explained the situation briefly and was seen immediately. I will never, ever, ever take any animal I love to that place again, and strongly suggest the same to anyone else.
