This is the MOST UNFRIENDLY CHAIN OF SALONS I have ever been to. The front desk staff has one goal, to be as RUDE, SNOBBISH & CALLOUS as they can be! This place (in fact all About Faces establishments) reeks of bad manners, rudeness and they are down right nasty. I returned for a second visit (hair straightening) with my stylist, only to find out that she had left the business and they didn't know where she was! When I made the appointment, they didn't tell me of her departure and scheduled me anyway with someone else. You would have thought they would have told me that my original stylist left, as I pay around $500.00 for this service. This service requires someone with extensive training, so I wanted someone who at least would have equal to or has the experience as my previous stylist. By the way, I live in Va., and I traveled 3 hrs. to get to my appt. The service takes approx. 4-5 hrs. to perform. 3 hrs. to the appt., 5 hrs. to perform the service, and 3 hrs. back home = 11 hours to
