They didn't show on time. Told me the job would be done by the end of the day but it wasn't. It then took them 2 solid additional days over the course of 2 weeks to complete the work. That part I can almost tolerate. The part I can NOT tolerate is that in the process, they took our chainsaw. We were told that they needed to cut some large limbs they had put in their truck that weren't fitting. So they grabbed our chainsaw and left it in the back of the truck which was then dumped. It's been over a month and we still haven't had our chainsaw replaced. Very unprofessional in not responding to multiple phone calls. Also, they cashed our check after day one and hadn't finished the job yet. I suppose we got lucky they actually finished their work. \r One last point that creeped me out from the beginning is that the crew manager continuously attempted to get me to hire his crew for cheaper on the side and "not say anything to the boss." so, look out, Dan. Chivu is trying to steal your clients
