Review content:
My partner and I took my new rescue kitten for his first vet check up. Before we even got in the room, the nurses were amazing! They talked to us, made us feel welcome and said hi to our boy. Very good first impression until we met the actual doctors. \r

We thought everything was fine until in the office, the vet pulled junk out of our cats ear and went to check it out. He came back, scribbled things down and didn't tell us what it was until I asked. Even then he just said that it wasn't ear mites and that it was perfectly normal, but couldn't tell me what else it was. [upon looking once we were home, i noticed it was only in one ear and his ear was then and now red and swollen. still don't know what it is.]\r

I mentioned to the vet that our boy had a little cough and some wheezing while he was laying down or sitting. After I got a look from the vet like I had 3 heads, he said he listened to our boy's breathing and didn't notice anything. Oh yeah? How is that possible when you had to
