I've bought two vehicles here. The first, back in 2008, was a heart breaker, as I traded in a Scion tC (my fav car ever) for a FJ Cruiser to use as a business vehcile. The whole process was very smooth and I left very happy. The 2nd car was a little over a week ago. \r

Having given up my tC for a family business, my parents (without me knowing) went and laid claim to one of the new Scion tC RS7, limited edition cars. The sales force worked VERY HARD to make it happen as only 2200 were being made in the whole country, and they were slated to get an automatic, where I prefer stick shift.\r

They stayed in contact with me through the whole process and were able to pull a car they were NOT SUPPOSED TO GET for me. It took 2 weeks of phone calls and waiting before they were given the car. When it arrived, they got the accessories installed the same day so I was able to take possession before the weekend.\r

Great staff, great people. End of story.
