Review content:
My experience with the clothes rack lasted over a period of 10 months while I went through the process of purchasing my wedding dress. Throughout the trying on/buying process, the staff at The Clothes Rack was very helpful and accommodating. However, after I bought the dress, things changed. Their service (i.e.; alterations) became slower and slower. In fact, after my wedding I brought the dress back to have them fix 3 buttons that had become lose. They told me it would be done in 2 weeks. I came back in two weeks and it wasn't ready. I came back a week later and it still wasn't ready. I called twice after that, and the dress was not ready. It took TWO MONTHS for them to fix 3 buttons on my dress. In that time, I had someone who was interested in purchasing my gown, but because the buttons were not fixed, I lost that opportunity to sell my dress.\r
The worst part about this whole thing is that, when I went to pick up my dress and express my concern, the worker did not even apologize for
