this place is HORRIFIC. I called earlier today to ask about getting some vaccination records faxed over, and the phone conversation i had was so rude and unprofessional i couldnt even belive that I was speaking to a real buisness. They answered the phone ""Hello? ....yea what do you want."" I asked for the records and was told that whoever I was speaking to didn't have the authority to use the fax machine. (what?????) I then asked to speak to someone who COULD use the fax, and was told whoever that was couldn't be there until next monday (this was a tuesday.) The rude, incompetent person then tried to tell me that the dogs didnt need the vaccinations i was asking for (because ""They already got da pillz. they dont need shotz they already on the heartgaurd pillz"") The fact that they dont heartworm test is a potentially fatal practice. I asked to speak to a manager, and he put me on the line with a veternarian who questioned why i even cared about a dogs vaccinations, and told me that the facility dosent even OWN a fax machine. I asked him his name, he got angry, and started screaming at me until i hung up. It was horrible. Anyone who takes their dog here has GOT to be crazy. How are they in buisness????
