The 5 star reviews that started popping up on here is 2012 are fraudulent! It's easy to post reviews on this site. You only need an email address and they don't filter reviews. As a language/word analyst I can tell they are written by no more than two people.\r

My mom had lived in a Mangold property for the past 21 years. She lives with section 8 and so her experience is slightly different. Section 8 mandates that maintenance must be done so if you have it, you're more likely to get attention first. \r

They rent to some of the creepiest people as well. Maybe one person applies and someone else moves in. \r

The company used to be much better. Over the past few years it's gone way down hill. My mom was fortunate that for a long time they had an on site manager that was really good. This has changed and things are worse under the sanctimonious guise of making them better. \r
