So, I bought a used GTI from them with 24k miles about 4 months ago. About a month later I took it in for the 30k mile service and they discovered that the ignition cylinder was under recall and needed to be replaced. But why the hell didn't they replace it a month earlier when it was AT THE DEALERSHIP?? It had been under recall for a long time prior to my purchase. A couple of months later I started hearing a lot of wheel noise when driving down the highway. I took it in to have the origin of the sound checked out and all they told me was, "yea it's uneven tread wear causing the noise, you can either deal with the noise or buy a new set of tires." Then, just today, I called to inquire about getting the notoriously faulty diverter valve on my turbo upgraded to the revised version, and the mechanic didn't even know what I was referring to!
